Food Assistance and Homelessness

Provides monthly financial assistance to eligible low-income households for food purchases through an EBT ACCESS Card (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program).

Coordinated Entry System

Request a Coordinated Entry Intake assessment and be placed on the By Name List for potential Rapid Re-Housing and Permanent Supportive Housing programs, and referrals to supportive services as openings become available through participating agencies.

Resource day center where unsheltered individuals can shower, do laundry, cook meals, make phone calls, receive mail & messages, and store personal items.

Provides assistance for immigrants regardless of their immigration status or country of origin. Services: Citizenship services, Renewal of work permits, U-visa (for crime victims), T- visa (for trafficking victims), VAWA (for abused non-citizens), and General immigration guidance and referrals.
